This role sits at the heart of our Revenue Protection (RP) function, ensuring we accurately generate and monitor high value invoices, identify revenue risks, and provide data-driven insights that influence decisions at the highest level. You'll work across Oracle, Databricks, Excel and other platforms to produce critical reports and spot commercial opportunities that protect and grow our revenue streams. Produce accurate and timely daily Profit Protection invoices through data transformation and validation.
Create and maintain reports aligned to the RP timetable, serving a diverse audience including board-level stakeholders.
Extract and pivot data for routine and ad-hoc analysis, enabling leadership to make informed commercial decisions.
Monitor revenue protection performance and trends, flagging anomalies or issues to senior analysts and management.
Use data-driven insights to identify RP risks or opportunities and recommend corrective action where appropriate.
Support the successful implementation of Profit Protection initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the business.
Ensure all analysis activities are GDPR compliant, managing personal data responsibly and securely.
Contribute to process innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and industry best practices to enhance RP outputs.

A minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent experience – preferably with a numeracy, finance, or computing background.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
Experience working to tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the parcel delivery industry (desirable but not essential).
Advanced Excel skills are essential.
Experience with SQL and databases is desirable (Databricks, Oracle).
Familiarity with SAP Business Objects or VBA is an advantage.
