Management Accountant 10-12 month contract, Lincolnshire Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with a lovely growing organisation to recruit a Management Accountant for a 10-12 month fixed term contract. Your new role You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS, and providing insightful analysis to internal and external stakeholders, managing month-end processes - accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and group reporting, VAT and treasury activities and audit/compliance as well as overseeing purchase ledger, ensuring accurate invoice processing, maintaining supplier relationships, and managing payments. What you'll need to succeed You will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent with strong management accounting experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting systems are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and collaborative finance professional to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment. You will be available at short notice to start this contract role and be living a commutable distance from Lincolnshire as the role is 2-3 days a week in the office after probation. You will also need your own transport due to the rural location.
