We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Client's well-established Premium Branded Main Car Dealership in the Maidenhead area.
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
13. Meet and greet customers in person
14. Booking customers in the diary
15. To match and exceed monthly sales targets
16. Paper work processing to brand guidelines
17. To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
18. Previous experience within the trade
19. Full UK Driving Licence
20. The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
21. Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
22. Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
23. An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
