The Board of Trustees wish to provide an opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to become part of our Academy team. The post holder will initially be based at Norden Primary Academy. We welcome applications from individuals seeking job share opportunities.

The successful candidates will:
* have welcoming personality and be able to communicate well both with adults and children
* have experience of using various MS Office packages
* have experience of undertaking wide range of office-based administration and clerical tasks, including financial procedures and responsibilities
* be able to prioritise work and respond to the needs of the academy
* support the business function and Leadership Team in implementing the academy & trust policies and procedures
* be able to commit to working across multiple location and travel to academies where support is needed, if required
* Initiative to respond to unexpected problems using recognised procedures and policies as a guide
