Based at their leading manufacturing facility in Greater Manchester, with over 300 staff, you will be coordinating facilities improvement and refurbishment projects. This will be a varied, challenging role that combines coordinating CAPEX projects, managing contractors and ensuring statutory compliance for building safety. This role would suit a facilities and building management professional who enjoys working in a supportive manufacturing environment where the company are investing heavily in improvement projects including automation.
