Offer description

Responsibilities

* Research prospects and identify new business opportunities for lead generation through various channels (B2B or B2C).
* Conduct outbound sales generation via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
* Qualify leads and convert them into customers/sales; book appointments for the Business Development team if required.
* Follow up with inbound enquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings and track the status of open opportunities.
* Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs using online tools, databases and social media platforms.
* Implement a CRM system (Salesforce) into the Business Development Team.
* Maintain and update CRM with accurate records and up-to-date customer information.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance by accounts, managing pipeline supporting the Head of Sales & Business Development.
* Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, sales pipeline and campaign performance.
* Attend trade shows and networking events where required.
* Support the sales team with inbound sales enquiries via email, live chat & telephone calls when required (sickness, holiday).

Qualifications

* Previous experience in lead generation or sales development including outbound.
* Sales driven with strong negotiation skills – confident in cold outreach sales calls.
* Previous experience using CRM software in particular Salesforce would be advantageous.
* Ability to research and identify target prospects.
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient attitude.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
* Personable, presentable and articulate individual.
* Creative qualities able to think outside the box to drive sales.
* Willingness to go "above and beyond".
