Worcestershire County Council is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the Community Assessment & Planning (CAP) Team in Adult Social Care. What You Will Do
Carry out holistic needs assessments and develop support plans in collaboration with individuals and families.
Act as a safeguarding enquiry officer, balancing autonomy with protection in line with statutory duties.
Work closely with multi-agency partners to ensure joined-up, effective care solutions.
Apply key legislation—including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act—to ensure ethical and lawful practice.
Use your professional judgement to deliver positive, person‑centred outcomes for adults in the community.
