The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, manufacturing, team leadership, and quality management systems, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in improving operational performance, driving improvements, managing production teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
