Medlock Partners are supporting a leading national law firm in their search for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy and collaborative property team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paralegal or Legal Administrator with a background in real estate to develop their skills and work on a variety of transactions in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key responsibilities
* Reviewing titles, property searches, and raising enquiries
* Drafting and reviewing documents such as CPSEs, licences, and Land Registry applications
* Preparing SDLT returns and managing client trackers and checklists
* Assisting with corporate real estate support including due diligence, filings, and company searches
* Liaising with clients and third parties to progress matters efficiently
About you
* Previous experience in Real Estate as a Paralegal or Legal Administrator
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
