You will join a small accounts team and report back to the Accounts Manager. In this varied role, you'll play a key part in keeping our financial and administrative operations running smoothly. 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays Flexible working hours Compnay Pension Scheme Free onsite parking Role Responsibilities Processing and matching supplier invoices Matching, batching and reconciling payments Resolving supplier queries efficiently and professionally Performing CIS status checks and managing HMRC data verification for suppliers Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate financial records You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of ad hoc administrative tasks that keep our projects and office operations running seamlessly. Person Specification Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Previous experience in accounts or admin (ideally within the construction sector) Good communication and teamwork skills A proactive approach and willingness to help across the business Strong IT skills including experience with MS Excel and accounting software
