What you'll do
The Digital Marketing Manager will manage digital marketing accounts for our client, with a particular focus on PPC and Paid Social across platforms like Google and Meta. From Google Analytics to Google Ads, you’ll be competent in the Google suite of platforms as well as setting up campaigns and target audiences within Facebook Business Manager.
Well versed in all things digital marketing, you’ll have the digital skills needed to manage and optimise accounts daily to meet the client goals and objectives focussing on Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager as a priority.
As the global leader in hospitality e-commerce, your responsibility as a paid media & digital marketing specialist here at Journey will be to ensure we’re maximising the very latest techniques and optimisations across all available platforms for our clients & partners.
What you'll bring
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on PPC and paid media for luxury hotel clients.
* Manage high-budget paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, optimising for maximum ROI.
* Oversee PPC strategy, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and performance-focused.
* Identify opportunities for guest acquisition and retention through paid channels, testing and refining strategies for growth.
Campaign Management & Optimisation
* Execute and optimise paid media campaigns, leveraging advanced tactics such as A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy adjustments.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, proactively adjusting strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with content, SEO, and broader marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Performance Measurement
* Set up and track performance in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
* Develop and maintain performance dashboards, translating data into strategic recommendations for clients.
* Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Team Support
* Work closely with Account Management, Content, and Design teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
* Support the development of best practices within the team, staying up to date with industry trends and platform updates.
* Assist in training and knowledge-sharing to enhance paid media expertise within the team.
