The Role Were recruiting a Sales Engineer to manage client relationships across the UK in the Wind, Oil & Gas, and Metals sectors. This is a home-based role with UK travel, combining technical expertise and commercial awareness to deliver engineered sealing solutions for complex applications. Youll lead discussions with customers, support new business development, and act as a key liaison for technical projects in collaboration with teams based in the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a defined UK customer portfolio Develop sales strategies for target sectors and accounts Lead commercial and technical discussions with clients Oversee project-based sales with support from product and design teams Monitor market trends and gather insights for new product development Handle client complaints and ensure high service levels What Were Looking For Degree or qualification in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, or similar Experience in technical sales, or in a design/application engineering role Able to analyse and communicate complex technical information Self-motivated and customer-focused with strong project management skills Willingness to travel across the UK Why Join This Company?
