Senior Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer A well-established and highly respected law firm near Brighton is looking to hire an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its thriving and friendly residential property team. The Role As a Senior Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, whilst offering supervision and management of junior members of the team. Key duties and responsibilities will include:
* Managing a full residential property caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Handling re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
* Providing high-quality advice to clients and maintaining excellent client relationships
* Supervising and supporting junior members of the team where appropriate
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm-wide procedures
* Contributing to the continued development, strategy and success of the residential property department
About You To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Senior Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with:
* Significant experience in residential conveyancing (at least 5 years PQE)
* The ability to run files independently with confidence
* A strong client-focused approach
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Have experience of working at a senior level to include mentoring, supervision and ideally management of junior members of staff
