Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Harrietsham (however you may be requested to travel), for the position of Training and Compliance Advisor. The role includes delivering training sessions such as Transport Manager CPC and Driver CPC training, conducting compliance site visits, analyzing digital tachograph data, and advising clients on transport compliance. The advisor will also assist with audits, support Public Inquiry preparation, and provide expert guidance to clients on maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of transport compliance, including experience with Driver CPC, Transport Manager CPC, and audits
* Expertise in conducting compliance site visits and recommending corrective actions
* Skills in training delivery for Transport Manager CPC, Driver CPC or similar certifications
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and provide tailored advice to clients
* Previous experience in Public Inquiry support is desirable
* A valid Transport Manager CPC in road haulage qualification.
* Auditor / Lead auditor qualification or similar.
* PTTLS level 3 or similar qualification
