Our client is known for delivering high‑quality homes in desirable locations across Northumberland, combining modern living with exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey. Due to increased activity across their developments, they are looking for a professional and adaptable Sales Executive to provide holiday cover and support the existing sales team during peak trading periods.
As a Casual Sales Executive, you will play a key role in welcoming prospective buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience from initial enquiry through to reservation.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the sales team across developments throughout Northumberland
* Welcoming and engaging with prospective buyers both in person and over the phone
* Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a high standard of service
* Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Supporting with the progression of reservations and sales administration
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
* Ensuring sales offices and show homes are presented to a high standard at all times
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders where required
* Providing holiday cover during busy periods between June and September
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience within new build property sales, estate agency, retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Full UK driving licence preferred due to travel between developments
Role Information
* Casual / Temporary position
* Holiday cover between June and September (possibility to extend after this date)
* Developments based across Northumberland
* Day rate - DOE
