Enhance the delivery of complex construction projects through strategic and tactical project planning. Translate knowledge into linked plans, analyse using planning software, and guide teams on prioritisation.
Team
This role is part of the Project Management Consultancy team, focusing on understanding real project problems, implementing solutions, and developing scalable best practices, tools and technology. You will be part of the Project Planning Team, led by a planning discipline director.
Key Objectives
* Deliver construction projects to near perfection.
* Create scalable and repeatable solutions to common problems.

Responsibilities
* Own and maintain the project plan for one or more projects, ensuring effective execution and commercial mitigation of delays.
* Ensure the project team comprehends and focuses on the plan.
* Provide concise, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
* Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools with the team for long‑term impact.
* Maximise the professional growth of your team and educate clients.
Qualifications
* Construction engineering background with at least 2 years of on‑site project experience, project planning (software and principles), proficient Excel, and strong data interest.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to influence construction professionals.
* Proactive self‑leadership and the capacity to lead others through questioning and challenge.
* Track record of implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that significantly improved projects or organisations.
