We are looking for aMarketing Executiveto join our busy and growingMarketingteam. You willplay a key role in bringing our bold three-year vision to life. You’ll be at the heart of delivering innovative, multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to elevate our brand and drive business success.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver a strategic marketing roadmap—turning big ideas into impactful campaigns and contributing to powerful, integrated programmes that make a real difference.

What you'll be doing
* Working alongside our marketing specialists across digital, corporate communications and events to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
* Coordinating the production of marketing materials (including brochures, print ads and digital assets).
* Briefing and working alongside external designers and video producers.
* Working collaboratively with the events team to support the delivery of high-quality events.
* Supporting with the creation of email newsletters, including coordination of content and building emails within our CRM/Marketing Hub.
* Being a brand guardian ensuring all outputs align to our brand and tone of voice guidelines.
* Submitting and tracking invoices against agreed budgets.
* Helping to measure the success of marketing activity and providing timely updates to feed into reports.
* Ensuring activity planners and timing plans are accurate and up to date.
* Supporting team efficiencies by keeping on top of marketing admin and following agreed processes.
* Working closely with key internal stakeholders, including lawyers, Commercial Business Partners, business development and client development teams where required.
