About the role:

We are looking for an Apprentice Creative Project Coordinator to support our design and marketing teams across a wide range of campaigns in the horse and greyhound racing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in the creative and marketing sector, gaining practical experience while studying toward a formal qualification.

As an Apprentice Creative Project Coordinator, you will be involved in everything from managing the day-to-day traffic of creative projects, to helping coordinate campaigns across digital, social, print, and video. You'll also spend 20% of your week focusing on your apprenticeship studies.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate creative projects across print, digital, social, and video
* Track deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with KPIs
* Maintain clear communication across creative, marketing, and other teams
* Use Trello and project management tools to prioritise and track tasks
* Manage and update the image asset library using Canto
* Support with basic artwork tasks (e.g. formatting, edits)
* Help ensure brand consistency across all output
* Assist with administrative duties including asset sourcing and file organisation
* Act as the link between marketing and design teams to ensure smooth workflows
* Prepare weekly reports for marketing on design progress and activity
* Learn and grow through on-the-job mentoring and regular review sessions

The person we are looking for as an Apprentice Creative Project Coordinator has…

* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Good written and verbal communication
* A proactive, team-first attitude
* Confidence using (or willingness to learn) Trello, Google Drive, Microsoft Office
* A genuine interest in marketing, design, or content creation
* The ability to balance workload and apprenticeship study time
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent); further qualifications are helpful but not essential
