We’re working with a fast-growing UK technology company that designs and delivers specialist solutions used by leading telecoms and network providers worldwide.
The business is scaling fast, with partners across Europe, Asia, and North America, and now they’re creating a brand-new role to strengthen how those relationships are managed and supported.
As Partner Program Manager, you’ll build structure, consistency and operational excellence across the company’s global partner network. You’ll play a key role in ensuring partners have the right processes, tools and communication to perform at their best, helping to grow revenue and strengthen collaboration across regions.
Duties of the Partner Program Manager:
* Building and leading a small partner support function, setting up the structure, processes, and metrics for success
* Owning the onboarding, enablement and ongoing support of global partners, ensuring consistency and responsiveness
* Developing dashboards, reports and insights to track partner activity, performance and pipeline
* Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Support teams to ensure partners have everything they need to succeed
* Overseeing partner contracts, renewals and compliance processes, ensuring best practice and global alignment
* Driving continuous improvement, identifying ways to streamline processes and make global partner management more efficient
The ideal profile of the Partner Program Manager:
* Proven experience managing or supporting partners, distributors or resellers, ideally on an international scale
* A background in partner operations, channel management, enablement or sales operations within a B2B or technology-driven environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and time zones
* Experience using CRM or PRM systems and developing structured partner processes or reporting frameworks
* An appreciation for technology and how it’s sold through global partner networks
