Here currently at the Port of Felixstowe, we are looking to recruit an experienced Engineering to join our Engineering department to take on the role of Engineering Supervisor.
The person will be leading and managing Engineering personnel to deliver engineering solutions which meet the business and operational demand. Constantly driving the improvements in productivity and maintenance protocols in order to repair all whilst working in partnership with all engineering and operational departments. Making sure that maximum opportunities are utilised to improve productivity through improved asset performance and people
Please note: This is an on-site position that requires working across a shift pattern which is 12 hour days following a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern.

The Recruitment Process - What is involved?

3. In this process you should expect to have two interviews’, with initial face to face with 2 Engineering Managers based on the week commencing 15th December 2025.
4. The successful applicants will then be progressed to a second face to face interview, which will take again here at the Port and would include a workshop tour, Height Test and further questioning.
5. After the interviews we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know if you have been successful.
