This is a temporary contract expected to last for a period of 3 months.

About you
* Experienced in administration, helpdesk support, or office coordination
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and/or Compliance processes
* Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
* Competent with MS Office and general IT systems
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
What youll do
* Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, including managing shared inboxes, documentation, and office coordination
* Act as the first point of contact for the internal helpdesk, logging, prioritising, and following up on requests
* Support Health & Safety and Compliance activities, including maintaining records, updating policies, conducting basic checks, and preparing documentation
* Assist with audits, training logs, contractor compliance, and certifications
* Ensure internal processes and systems are tracked, updated, and compliant with regulatory requirements
* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries and ensure smooth operational support
* Support ongoing improvements to administrative and compliance processes
