Responsibilities
* Providing administration support.
* Managing the office supplies, upkeep, cleanliness.
* Receiving visitors and setting up for training and meetings.
* Being the first point of contact for any email and phone enquiries.
* Other administration duties as required e.g., registering learners onto courses, proof reading of reports & formatting pricing proposals.
* Contributing to our processes and documentation.
* Working on online portals to manage client training.
* Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
