Job Description:
Description: This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Job expectations include applying and expanding knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Employees are required to register and submit to the SAFE Act background check. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with clients to plan their financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
2. Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
3. Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers.
4. Mitigate and control risk daily.
5. Identify and engage potential new clients.
6. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
Required Qualifications:
* Hold Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses.
* At least one year experience in the investments industry.
* Experience in financial services or sales with goal achievement.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to manage goals and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and adapt.
* Time management skills.
* Knowledge of regulatory due diligence.
Desired Qualifications:
* Strong computer skills.
* Three or more years of relevant experience.
* Professional designations like CFP or CRPC.
* Insurance licenses.
