Overview
We are recruiting a part‑time Residential Night Care Worker (36 hours a week) in Stockton‑on‑Tees. The salary is £28,742 to £30,184 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent care and support to children and families during night shifts. This may include support in the family home, the residential home, or other community venues.
Qualifications and Experience
* Recognised Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards it within 18 months of appointment.
* Positive attitude and experience of working with children and young people.
* Ability to work a 7‑day shift rota system, including weekends.
* Enhanced DBS clearance (overseas police clearance required for those who have lived or worked outside the UK).
* Full UK driving licence.
Training and Development
Structured training programme to support attainment of the required Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
