Responsibilities
* The HR Advisor role will be responsible for the whole employee life cycle for a defined client group. The incumbent of this role will manage and drive the full HR activity for the client group, which will include Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and projects associated with the companys people objectives.
Qualifications
* Candidates grad/ grad calibre with CIPD, will need to hit the ground running, so need to have significant HR advisory experience gained in a professional customer services orientated environment, preferably with a global reach, and have exemplary interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to manage the depth and breadth of this role.
