About the Role
You will begin a structured training journey towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Adviser within St. James's Place. Once qualified, you will:
Work with individuals and families to understand their goals and priorities
Build tailored, long-term financial plans
Advise across investments, retirement, protection and estate planning
Develop trusted, long-term client relationships
Build your own client base or work within an established advice practice
Training & Development
Successful applicants will be assessed for entry into St. James's Place's adviser development pathway, which provides:

Structured training and mentoring
Practical exposure to real client work
Ongoing support through to full authorisation
