Responsibilities
* Assisting conveyancing fee earners and Solicitors with any administrative tasks related to property transactions
* Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls, and responding to queries promptly
* Drafting documents, including contracts, completion statements, and forms
* Organising and maintaining files and documents
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties involved
* Providing a high standard of customer service and maintaining positive client relationships
* Assisting with general office duties to include photocopying, scanning, and filing as well as reception cover
* Proficiency in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and terminology
