About the role
The role has a focus on efficient and safe clearance of void properties ensuring all properties are cleaned to a high standard prior to entry for new customers. Another key responsibility of this role is ensuring that gardens and communal spaces associated with void properties are cleared and regularly maintained.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of house clearances and cleaning as well as experience of using gardening equipment including powered tools is desired. You will have the ability to work on an individual basis or as part of a team. Experience of driving larger vehicles is desirable.
