Overview
Role: Senior Quality Engineer (Injection Moulding)
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum + Overtime & Bonus
Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday: 8:00am–1:00pm (39 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support quality assurance across departments
* Conduct internal audits and assist with external/customer audits
* Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
* Manage documentation and compliance with ISO standards
* Oversee product verification, reporting, and customer returns
* Support production checks and despatch quality processes
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior quality role within manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards
* Skilled in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and Six Sigma
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
* Auditor training and experience with automotive quality systems (desirable)
* Experience in rubber/plastic injection moulding is a plus
