Base Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + £6,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a BDR, you’ll be the engine of the sales team - generating new opportunities and building the pipeline.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Proactively reaching out to prospective clients (cold calling & outbound outreach)
* Following up on marketing-driven leads and turning interest into opportunity
* Asking smart, targeted questions to uncover business needs
* Booking qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues to close
* Tracking all activity in Salesforce CRM
* Building strong relationships with decision-makers over time
* Learning the company’s solutions inside out and communicating value clearly
Who We’re Looking For
* Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-focused
* Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to new people daily
* A strong communicator with confidence and energy
* Keen to build a long-term career in sales
* Ideally experienced in B2B sales, lead generation, or IT/Service Management (bonus, not essential)
