Registry and Admission Officer - Full-time

Position
We are seeking a Registry & Admission Officer with a focus on Admissions to be based at our Fort William, Thurso or Stornoway campus.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the admissions system is set up correctly for academic staff.
* Accurately record applications through the student records system.
* Coordinate the interview and selection process.
* Process decisions in a timely manner.
* Monitor and meet UCAS deadlines.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* Relevant qualification in the subject area – at minimum SCQF Level 7 or equivalent.
* Experience extracting and presenting information from reports and electronic record systems.
* Experience working as part of a team.
* Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of UCAS, application and enrolment processes within an academic institution would be advantageous.
* Level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
Salary
£28,453 - £29,753 per annum, pro rata, plus Islands Allowance if based at Stornoway.
Location
Fort William, Thurso or Stornoway.
Working Hours
35 hours, Permanent.
Closing Date
12 noon, Monday 10th November 2025.
