Who are we looking for?
A Technical (Cisco) sales individual who excels in understanding the technicalities of their product suite and enjoys demoing to customers or partners.
What will you be doing day‑to‑day?
This role contributes heavily to the effectiveness of a busy Sales Specialists team during a key time in Gamma’s Cisco portfolio evolution. You will provide support across a large and demanding channel partner base, build value into Gamma’s value proposition in a highly competitive landscape, and work toward team targets. Though team‑based, this role will be autonomous and field‑based, requiring self‑motivation. You will run meetings, training sessions and product pitches with partners, and establish Gamma as a primary supplier. Cisco‑based products and Gamma’s extensive U/CaaS portfolio will feature prominently.
Key Accountabilities
* Supporting the channel sales team across Gamma’s UCaaS, CCaaS, and Cisco products.
* Creating marketing initiatives and contributing heavily to product development – ideas based on feedback, prioritised, and business cases presented.
* Holding regular partner and internal training sessions on the Cisco / WebEx product suite.
* Ensuring competitiveness in the market and introducing new promotion ideas.
* Managing the channel sales inbound inbox.
* Selling, closing, and pitching for and on behalf of BDMs and Gamma partners.
* Being the ‘go‑to’ person who can provide informative and accurate answers, and deliver pitch‑perfect presentations and demos that ultimately close deals.
* Providing regular contributions to the team’s competitor insights and industry analysis internal forum, presenting findings, observations, discussion points, and opinions.
What you’ll need
* Experience in selling and demoing Cisco products.
* Experience in PBX and/or hosted telephony.
* Experience selling into the SME (sub 250) sector.
* Ability to articulate and converse about key hosted technologies, markets, and landscape.
