What You’ll Be Doing
* Represent major brand partners through face-to-face customer engagement
* Build confidence in sales, business development, and client relations
* Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to team targets
* Strengthen essential skills including communication, negotiation, and leadership
* Take part in mentoring, strategy meetings, and ongoing development sessions
* Progress through a structured graduate pathway with clear advancement opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
* Recent graduates or career starters with ambition and drive
* Degrees in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields are advantageous
* Confident communicators with a motivated, competitive mindset
