As a Human Resources Casework Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing expert advice across a wide range of HR matters while ensuring best practice and full compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
* Providing specialist HR advice on complex casework including:
* Disciplinary and grievance matters;
* Absence management and capability;
* Recruitment and selection;
* Performance management;
* Organisational change and workforce planning.
* Supporting and advising managers at all levels, including up to Directors.
* Designing and delivering engaging training sessions on key HR topics.
You will be an experienced and confident HR professional who:
* Has a strong background in employee relations casework;
* Can build effective relationships with all stakeholders;
* Communicates clearly and provides pragmatic, solution-focused advice;
* Is comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving service area;
* Has the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
