Im currently recruiting for a young, upcoming and ambitious pub operator with 12 gastropubs in the SW and Hampshire, currently looking for a General Manager to oversee their 80cv, 8 room operation close to Andover and easy commute from Salisbury, Basingstoke, Newbury etc.
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a gastropub with rooms or similar environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Commercially aware, with strong experience managing budgets, stock, and P&L
A passion for hospitality, community, and creating memorable guest experiences
Personal license holder (or willingness to obtain)
