We’re looking for a sharp, culturally fluent, and video‑savvy Social Video Producer to help grow the Daily Mail’s 150M+ social ecosystem and our expanding network of digital‑first brands. This is a hands‑on role – part editor, part creative, part strategist. You’ll manage pages, edit and post content, and help shape standout storytelling on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and beyond across news, entertainment, money, lifestyle, gaming, and more.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow Daily Mail and brand pages on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
* Edit and post engaging short‑form content, ensuring it’s optimized for each channel
* Write punchy captions, headlines, and copy that cut through on social
* Spot and react quickly to cultural trends, viral moments, and audience conversations
* Work with talent, producers, and editors to publish premium, platform‑native storytelling
* Support branded content campaigns with advertiser‑friendly execution
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience running high‑growth social accounts (TikTok/Instagram essential)
* Strong video editing skills and knowledge of platform‑native tools and workflows
* Clear understanding of what performs on social – hooks, pacing, captions, and formats
* Confident writing ability with flair for snappy, engaging copy
* Agile and collaborative mindset – able to work fast, adapt quickly, and capitalize on trends
* Interest in one or more verticals – from showbiz to money hacks, gaming to health
