Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing, UK based organisation in Warringtion who are seeking to appoint an experienced Interim Financial Accountant to join the team on an initial 6 month contract. Based in Warrington, you will work a hybrid model. This opportunity is ideal for an immediately available technical Accountant, looking for a role with options for a temp-to-perm contract. Salary/benefits: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum 6 month contract Hybrid Working Job Duties: Review financial and non-financial data related to group consolidation for internal and external reporting. Manage the Group consolidation process. Coordinate balance sheet reconciliations and dispute resolution. Prepare financial statements. Produce quarterly and full-year consolidated accounts. Create and maintain detailed mappings from the department's general ledger Ensure Open Accounts hierarchies accurately reflect the structure and reporting requirements. Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to build strong working relationships at all levels. Who will I report in to? Financial Controller When will interviews be taking place? Interviews will be happening as soon as possible Ideal experience Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA or equivalent) Recent, significant experience in accounts production. Knowledge of VAT and other tax as is desirable. Sound knowledge of IT systems and accounting software. Proven ability to use Excel to an advanced level. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to demonstrate highly developed attention to detail and able to understand, analyze and summarize complex accounting information. A skilled communicator both verbally and in writing to be able to influence and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Business Partnering Experience (Desirable).
