Key Stage 2 Teacher – St Albans
Daily Rate: £33,000 – £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)

They are currently looking to appoint a passionate and motivated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This long-term position is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers ready to make a real difference in the classroom.
The Role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, well-paced lessons that cater to a range of learning needs. You’ll play a vital role in building a positive and stimulating classroom environment while contributing to the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Track pupil progress, provide targeted support, and offer meaningful feedback
Foster an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement
Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum planning and assessment
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support learning at home
Participate in school events, enrichment activities, and regular staff meetings
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2
In-depth understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methods
Strong classroom management and a proactive, positive teaching style
A commitment to supporting the holistic development of every child
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
