Your new role
This role goes beyond traditional customer service - it's a customer-facing, account ownership position where you will manage key customer relationships from an operational perspective.You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international customers, taking responsibility for the end-to-end customer journey from order placement through to delivery performance and resolution.Day-to-day, you will:
1. Manage customer accounts, taking full ownership of orders, service performance and communication
2. Act as the main interface between customers and internal teams, including planning, logistics, quality and commercial
3. Handle customer queries, changes and challenges in real time, ensuring expectations are managed effectively
4. Monitor and manage customer KPIs, taking action to maintain service levels
5. Ensure accuracy across order processing, pricing and master data within ERP systems (SAP desirable)
6. Support export compliance and documentation requirements for international shipments
