Governance and Compliance Manager Permanent position 37 hours per week Full Year Band E Points 27 to 33 (£38,220 - £44,075) Start Date – January 2026 or later depending on notice period We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Governance and Compliance Manager to play a key role as we form and grow in ensuring that our Trust meets all statutory and regulatory requirements across areas such as policy, governance, data protection and health and safety. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative central team and make a significant impact across our school communities. The successful candidate will help shape and maintain robust compliance and assurance processes, supporting leaders with accurate reporting and oversight. You will work closely with the CEO and CFO to keep our Trust safe, efficient and legally compliant - so that our schools can focus on what matters most: providing excellent education for every child.
