Chief Operating Officer | High-Growth Health Enhancement Startup | London/Hybrid
Harmonic are very excited to partner with one of the most ambitious new players in the Healthtech space. This founder-led company is building the world’s premier bio-hacking and health enhancement brand, looking to transform how high-performance individuals manage their health.
Backed by well-known investors and supported by a world-class network, the business is now preparing for aggressive growth. That includes launching new services, opening new locations, and building the operational backbone needed to scale.
The Role
The company are seeking an exceptional COO to drive day-to-day execution of their business plan and build world-class operations from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for a detail-oriented operator who thrives on turning vision into reality.
The ideal candidate brings deep operational expertise in healthcare combined with strong commercial acumen. You'll need to understand unit economics, lead complex negotiations, and communicate effectively with investors, while building and scaling every aspect of our operations.
You'll work directly with our visionary Chief Executive Officer to establish operational excellence and prepare for rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day business execution across clinical delivery, logistics, and customer experience
* Build scalable systems and standard operating procedures across all key functions
* Oversee clinic operations, partner relationships, and regulatory compliance
* Own performance tracking, financial planning, and investor reporting
* Support upcoming fundraising with CEO and lead board and stakeholder communication
* Recruit and develop high-performing teams across operations, finance, and delivery
* Build the foundation for UK and international expansion
What We Need to See
* Proven experience running healthcare operations, ideally in private or tech-enabled care
* Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of unit economics and margin control
* Track record scaling from one location or product to many
* Confident in contract negotiation, investor updates, and board-level interaction
* Highly execution-focused and comfortable in early-stage, fast-moving environments
* Solid understanding of clinical workflows and UK regulations (CQC, GMC, etc.)
What We’d Like to See (Not Essential)
* Experience in elective care, aesthetic medicine, or high-end wellness clinics
* Background in strategy consulting or investor-backed startups
* Interest in human performance, biohacking, and longevity
Salary: £120,000-£140,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits
Location: London (Hybrid)
