Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Lettings & Sales Negotiator with a strong background in the Prime Central London market, for our high-end residential sales and lettings client. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the top-end market and possess a deep understanding of the Kensington, Chelsea, and Riverside developments.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious, polished, motivated negotiator who is driven and well-networked within the market. They will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Prime Central London real estate and a strong knowledge of the local market, with confidence and understanding in dealing with high-net-worth clients.
Candidates must demonstrate a sound understanding of the tax implications for UK and overseas buyers, current residential property legislation, market trends and AML requirements. Alongside excellent verbal and written communication abilities and strong IT skills, they will be able to work effectively under pressure, punctual, reliable and personable. It’s a small team, so someone with a team-first mentality, who is friendly, warm and keen to join a team with a genuine family feel is key. A full clean UK driving licence is essential.
Start: July
Hours: 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri. Occasional out of hours to do viewings
Duties include but are not limited to:
Lettings
\t
* Manage lettings department, overseeing existing tenancies
\t
* Build the lettings portfolio
\t
* Conduct market appraisals for lettings and convert into instructions
\t
* Oversee existing tenancies for rent reviews and terminations
\t
* Carry out lettings viewings and negotiate new lets
\t
* Build portfolio of lettings instructions through networking and referrals
\t
* Remain fully versed on all new legislation and update landlords and tenants accordingly
Sales Role
\t
* Conduct and arrange property viewings
\t
* Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
\t
* Provide ongoing vendor feedback and maintain regular communication
\t
* Build up strong relationships with clients, buyers, search agents and estate agents
