This prominent Scottish Law Firm is currently recruiting a Tax & Succession Lawyer to join its practice in Edinburgh. The firm, known for its expertise in legal and tax planning, offers both professional and personalised services to clients helping to guide and manage their legal and tax affairs.
This position offers a wide variety of challenging work, where you will provide specialist advice on all facets of tax and succession planning. This includes guidance on wills, trust formation, administration, wealth planning, asset protection, and the handling of affairs for vulnerable adults. The role is crucial for managing the complex estates and tax profiles of high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and landowners.
The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified to 3 years’ PQE solicitor with experience in tax and succession matters, including trusts and executries, gained during their traineeship or subsequent practice.
