The ideal Customer Service Executive:
* Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or office support roles
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations confidently
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Driver with access to a vehicle due to location
