As a Portfolio Manager, you will:
* Take ownership of loans post-completion to ensure full return of principal and interest.
* Navigate loans in arrears, breaches of loan covenants, and the receivership process.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders including borrowers, brokers, funders, and solicitors.
* Serve as a member of the Credit Committee.
* Ensure loans comply with contractual terms and assist with payment collections.
* Track loan performance and escalate early warning signs to management.
* Assist borrowers with redemption strategies and issue formal demand for payments.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate records.
