The Role As Electrical Assembly Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading and developing the electrical assembly function within the Belfast facility. You'll oversee a dedicated team and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily electrical assembly operations to meet production schedules. Lead, motivate, and develop a growing electrical assembly team. Liaise with Project Managers to track progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Oversee quality control, compliance, and safety standards across all activities. Support efficiency and performance initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve productivity. Attend project and site meetings, ensuring smooth coordination of materials and resources. Manage subcontractors and ensure all RAMS documentation is complete and up to date. About You Essential: Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Project Manager in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Full UK Driving Licence. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to inspire others to deliver results. Desirable: Experience implementing continuous improvement or lean initiatives.
