Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
* Maintain a strong reputation with regulatory bodies, particularly the Care Inspectorate.
* Develop and support a dedicated team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
* Nurse-qualified with a valid nursing registration.
* Proven experience in managing a large care home for over 3 years.
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for elderly care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
