\nTHE ROLE:
\nAn opportunity has arisen for a junior Employment Solicitor to join a specialist employment law firm in London, advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
\n
\nYou will handle a varied caseload covering advisory and litigation work including disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, settlement agreements, redundancies, unfair dismissal matters and Employment Tribunal proceedings. The role does not involve corporate support work, allowing a full focus on standalone employment law matters.
\n
\nWorking closely with the firm’s founder, you will benefit from direct exposure to clients and high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm already has a strong and consistent workflow and offers excellent opportunities for long-term progression as part of its planned growth strategy. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available, with part-time applicants also being considered.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nThe successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with up to three years’ post-qualification experience in employment law, including Newly Qualified Solicitors with strong employment seats or relevant pre-qualification experience.
\n
\nYou will demonstrate sound technical ability, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career within employment law. The ability to work independently, build strong client relationships and manage matters proactively will be important.
