Essential Requirements
* Previous experience working in a care home or elderly care setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Caring and respectful approach to supporting vulnerable adults
* Experience with personal care and manual handling
* Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain one
* Right to work in the UK
The Role
* Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
* Supporting residents with mobility, hygiene and nutrition needs
* Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times
* Monitoring residents and reporting any changes or concerns
* Supporting social interaction and emotional wellbeing
* Completing clear and accurate daily records and handovers
