The role will involve a varied caseload including:
• Wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Some Court of Protection work
The Private Client team is well structured, wit fee earners supported by dedicated assistants, allowing lawyers to focus on delivering quality client service and handling more complex matters rather than becoming overloaded with administration.
